FDDC Models
Fast Deployment Data Centers (FDDCs) come in three options. FDDCs are built for large, highly redundant and robust data centers that require quick deployment and rollout. FDDCs come in form of conventional cooling as well as self-cooled racks. They generally are used for high capacity and high density requirements with larger number of racks than usually required of a moveable data center. While being still moveable, the focus on FDDC designs remains on capacity and hosting space as they are ideal alternatives for large conventional data centers. |
